AgentVest is an independent project, built and maintained by its founder. It uses Anthropic's Claude API to power some research tooling, but is not endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or affiliated with Anthropic, PBC. "Claude," "Anthropic," and related marks are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, used here solely in a descriptive, nominative-fair-use sense to identify those models; no sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or implied.

All other marks referenced on this site — including but not limited to Alpaca, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Tastytrade, Webull, S&P 500, SPY, QQQ, GitHub, X (formerly Twitter), and any ticker symbols — are the property of their respective owners and are used here only for identification.

Unless explicitly and prominently noted otherwise, every trade, position, and equity figure shown on this site is from a paper-trading (simulated) account operated through Alpaca's free paper-trading API. No real money is at risk. Paper-trading fills are simulated by the broker and may differ materially from fills that would occur in a live account due to slippage, partial fills, latency, liquidity, halts, and other real-world execution factors.

Past performance is not indicative of future results

Historical performance, backtest results, and live (paper) performance shown on this site are not a reliable indicator of future performance. Trading any market involves substantial risk of loss, including the possibility of loss greater than your initial investment when leverage, margin, or derivatives are involved. You can and may lose all of your capital.

Backtests are particularly susceptible to look-ahead bias, survivorship bias, data snooping, and over-fitting. The maintainers make no warranty that any strategy shown will be profitable, that backtests are free of these biases, or that the system will continue to operate at all.

Provided "as is"; no warranties

The site, the software, all data, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainers, contributors, and operators of AgentVest disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the site, the software, or the data, including (without limitation) any trading losses you may incur.

Connected brokerage accounts & agent trading

AgentVest can be connected to your own brokerage account — for example via Alpaca API keys or Robinhood's Agentic Trading service — so that the agent places orders in an account you own, fund, and control. We never take custody of your funds; we hold only the API key or access token you authorize, which you can revoke at any time with your broker.

If you enable this, you — not AgentVest — are solely and ultimately responsible for every order the agent places, for funding the account, and for reviewing account activity, monitoring positions, and ensuring the agent is operating as intended. This mirrors the brokers' own terms: under Robinhood's Agentic Trading terms, for instance, "you are ultimately responsible for the trades your AI agent places in your account," "all investment decisions are yours," and "you assume all risk for trades executed by AI agents."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentVest is not responsible or liable for any trading losses, slippage, missed or delayed exits, rejected orders, errors, or other outcomes arising from connecting your account or from the acts, omissions, or availability of your broker or any third-party service. AgentVest provides the software only and is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer; using it to trade your own account creates no advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship.

Eligibility & jurisdiction

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this site, of automated trading systems generally, and of any broker-dealer or exchange referenced here is lawful in your jurisdiction. Securities and derivatives laws vary by country and by U.S. state. AgentVest is offered to a global audience for informational purposes only and does not target users in any specific jurisdiction.

The AgentVest source code is proprietary and all rights are reserved. Access to the code repository, when granted (e.g., to reviewers, auditors, or investors), is provided strictly for the purpose stated in writing at the time of access and does not convey any license to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works. Privacy

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. The waitlist form stores your email address on AgentVest's own servers so the maintainers can contact you about early access; that is the only personal data collected. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@agentvest.ai.

Telegram & X (Twitter): AgentVest broadcasts trade alerts and market commentary to a public Telegram channel and to @AgentVest on X. Joining either is opt-in. Your membership and any messages you send in those channels are governed by the privacy policies of Telegram and X respectively, not by AgentVest. The maintainers do not collect, store, or share member lists from those channels.
